Refund policy

At Naeim, your happiness is as important as your little one’s comfort. If something isn’t quite right, our return & exchange process is here to make it easy. Please take a moment to read our policy before you shop.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We offer only Exchanges. No Returns & No Refund. Refund is applicable only for Damaged items. Refund for damaged items will be processed within 3-4 working days once the item is delivered back to us. 

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • A Return Shipping Fee of Rs. 160 applies for every exchange order and to be paid by Customer before processing exchanges.

  • Exchange Products will be processed only after we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check.

  • Items bought through BOGO Sale or any other special sales are not eligible for Exchanges

  • Email us at naeimcustomercare@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange. Attach product images and an unpacking video (if defective/incorrect).

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order before it’s shipped (usually within 24 hours of placing it).

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • To cancel or make changes to your order (size, quantity, etc.), contact our customer support via email or call us before dispatch.

  • For multi-item orders, you’ll need to cancel the entire order and place a new one.

  • If your order has already been shipped, please check our Exchange Policy mentioned above.
